What shipping options are available?

We offer multiple shipping options depending upon order type and shipping destination. We use third-party carriers to deliver your order and is not liable for delivery problems caused by these carriers, so we strongly suggest a shipping option that includes insurance as we cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We provide shipping to over 200 countries around the world. Packages shipped outside of the country of origin may be charged a duty based on the receiving country's import tax.

How long will it take to receive my purchases?

The time depends on the type of shipping service you select and the time (the seller takes to get the package ready) to get the package ready by the seller. You can receive packages same day or up to 30 days later, depending on the product and service.

How are shipping costs determined?

The shipping cost for most items is based on the item's size, weight, shipping method and delivery address. In your shopping cart, we show an estimated shipping cost based on our lowest-price shipping method and presuming that all items in your cart are going to a single address.


What payment methods are accepted?

How do I check the status of an order?

After any order is completed, you will receive an email confirming the purchase. After the order ships, you will receive a second email with tracking information.

You can click on the tracking number and you will be redirected to the courier website. If you need any information, please contact [email protected]

What should I do if the tracking number I receive is not working?

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

What should I do if I don't get my order by the expected delivery date?

Check your shipping confirmation email and contact the shipping carrier directly if your order doesn't arrive by the expected delivery date.

If an order is 3 days past the estimated delivery date or tracking shows it as delivered, and you never received the order, please contact [email protected] to check your order status.

How can I return a product?

If your order arrives damaged, the item looks different from the picture or does not match the description, please email us at [email protected] and we will send you instructions for how to return your item(s). We replace damaged items with new ones, in some cases you could be eligible for a full refund or a discount. Please note that we can not accept returns due to a change of mind.

How can I cancel or change My Order?

Do I need an account to place an order?
